MELHOR SORVETE DA ITÁLIA Hooowdy how! Sim, ultimamentte estou assistindo todos as temporadas de South Park! Vocês deveriam também! No último domingo, 15 de Agosto, eu, Neil e Wouter fomos à Poirino conhecer a Agrigelateria San Pé. Este lugar foi escolhido como tendo o melhor sorvete da Itália, e devo confessar... É MARAVILHOSO. Mas antes, vou contar um pouco melhor sobre como chegamos lá. Peguei o trem em Torino e fui até Pinerolo, onde o Neil e o Wouter me aguardavam na estação. De lá tomamos rumo à Carmagnola, fazendo uma viagem tranquila por várias cidadezinhas da região. Encontramos uma loja de bicicletas muito bacana à qual queremos voltar (vejam as bikes que eu gostaria de ter, no slideshow), uma loja de motos com meu nome (=D) e cidades estéticamente antigas e bonitas. Chegando em Poirino, facilmente se via a placa indicando a direção da fazenda. Pegamos uma estrada chamada "Sapori e Colori" e em 5 minutos chegamos no destino. Para um domingo de férias de Agosto, estava lotado! O lugar realmente é famoso em toda a Itália. Detalhes dos sorvetes e lugar deixo para os vídeos e fotos contar no final do post. Eles são suficientes. Voltamos à Torino pelas colinas, nos divertindo pacas, comemos um Kebab e fomos pro parque Valentino encontrar o Maurício pra tomar uma ceva e conversar. BEST ICE CREAM IN ITALY Hoowdy how!! Yes, I'm powerdisking South Park lately! You should all do this too! Last sunday, August 15th, me, Neil and Wouter went to Poirino to enjoy the Agrigelateria San Pé. This was chosen the best ice cream place in Italy and I have to confess... IT'S AMAZING. But first, I'll tell step by step how we got there. I took the train in Torino heading for Pinerolo, where Neil and Wouter were waiting me at the train station. From there we decided to go to Carmagnola, and have an easy trip around lots of little cities in the region. We found a very nice bike place we wanna go back to (you can see the bikes I'd like to have in the slideshow), a motorcycle store named after me (=D) and some really nice old cities. Arriving in Poirino, we easily spotted the sign giving directions to the farm. We got the "Sapori e Colori" road and got there in 5 minutes. For a vacation sunday, it was crowded! It's trully famous all over Italy. Details of the ice creams and place I'll leave to the videos and pictures tell you about at the end of the post. They are enough to show you guys everything. We came back to Torino through the hills, having a lot of fun, ate a kebab and went to Valentino park with Maurício to have a beer and chat. What I can say... YOU SHOULD TRY THE ICE CREAM! SHOW DO U2 Sim sim, eu sei que to atrasado com esse post, mas antes tarde do que nunca né! Há uma semana, dia 6 de Agosto, o U2 tocou aqui em Torino como parte do 360º World Tour. O show foi no Stadio Olimpico di Torino, que fica junto ao Parco Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto. Como o preço era um pouco superior àquilo que um cara que prefere viajar por ai, como eu, aceita pagar, eu acabei não indo no show dentro do estádio, mas sim fora dele, sentado num dos gramados do parque com meu amigo Wajahat Arif. Sim, aqui tu faz isso com total segurança, todo mundo faz! Pra começar a brincadeira, o Saad Khalid e uns amigos Pakistani (como se diria em italiano) fizeram um picnic com comida típca deles, apimentada e muito boa! Fato estranho aquela noite: a lua não apareceu por trás das colinas como de costume! Será o início do fim previsto para 2012? o.0 Bom, como prometido: posts pequenos! U2 CONCERT I know I'm writing this a little bit late, but here I am! Better late than never, right? One week ago, August 6th, U2 played here at Torino in their 360º World Tour. The concert was held on Stadio Olimpico di Torino, which stays with Parco Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto. As the price was a little bit too high for a guy who rather travel around, like myself, I haven't been to the concert itself, but with my friend Wahajat Arif outside, seating on the grass and listening to it from there! Yes, here you can do that safely, and a lot of people do!! To start it, Saad Khalid and the Pakistani guys (as said in italian) did a picnic with their regional food. It was very spice and good! Strange fact of that night: the moon didn't come up from behind the hills as it often do! 2012 armageddon starting? o.0 Well, as promised, small posts!! Anyways, you have pictures and video to fill it up =D This next sunday (August 15th) I'll go to Poirino, where is the best ice cream in whole italy, in a farm outside the city.
